Me: *sitting on his small-ish bed* This bed is comfy, but what are we going to do when we get our own place?

I am trying to feel refreshed, enlightened, free, and happy.

Instead I feel old, disheartened, lost, and frightened.

I’d like to think the best of me is still hiding up my sleeve

Hello far-away friends,
when shall we meet again?
It has been so long, even with ships so strong—
who are afloat in the end?

Shoes!

Today is no shoes day! Spread the word of children who don’t have shoes to protect their feet (but not protecting your own?) and every pair of shoes purchased at Tom’s shoes is one pair donated to the kids. Don’t have money to buy shoes at Tom’s? Just donate some shoes to kids in need. Don’t have money to do that either? Then just don’t wear shoes! Since we so broke we probably don’t have shoes anyway. Raise awareness! Too cold for no shoes, so I am sporting some socks, but when you think of how cold it is for no shoes, think of those who don’t have shoes to wear. (As you can tell I have some beef with a few things that are going on with this, but the fact is narrowed down to kids do need shoes)

Just want some peace.
